Entry Level Business Development / Sales Representative
We are very excited to grow and advance our company and we want motivated individuals to add to our team Our Entry Level Business Development / Sales Rep position is entry level with the opportunity to advance into a management position or in our human resource department. The position focuses on handling and maintaining our clients accounts, updating their services, and coaching / training other people in communications and sales. Our main client we are actively working with is in the home entertainment industry.
Our job is to help expand their client base in the Pittsburgh area by building and maintaining relationships with all the clients and customers. We need someone who is great with working with people, wants growth and advancement, and can really help us build that value for our client. Our environment is very fast:paced, so that is why we cross train into management as soon as the individual is ready. We want to provide a thorough training in all aspects of the company, including leadership, corporate training, human resources, and recruiting.
